SILENT AUCTION RULES

• Bidding for the Silent and Live Auctions will begin and end at designated times.

• All bids and sales are final.

• Bidders agree to pay in full at the end of the auction.

• Bidders must be 21 or older to bid on wine, liquor, CBD, and casino stays. State-issued identification must be presented for these items when picking them up.

• Bidders assume all risks or hazards associated with items, experiences, and trips they win.

• Items may change or be withdrawn without notice.

• Some items may have a reserve. If the reserve is not met, the item will not be sold and bidders will not be charged.

• Winners will be determined at the end of the auction.

• All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.

• All items are sold "As Is".

• Reservations for dinners, use of homes, trips, etc., must be coordinated with the donor or GBHS (if instructed) by the winning bidder.

• Please check all certificates for expiration dates.

• Read each gift certificate carefully!

• The highest bidder wins the item.

• Your bid is binding and confirms your agreement to pay for the item you are bidding on in the event you win it.

• If a winner's credit card declines, GBHS will contact the winner to arrange an alternative form of payment. The winner is still responsible for payment.

• Gift Certificates and Merchandise are not redeemable for cash.

• Winning bidders will be able to pick up their items from GBHS’ Outreach Warehouse, located at 288 Oxmoor Ct. Suite A, Birmingham, AL 35209 beginning February 10th.
