Full-time Employees- employees can choose from between our two tiers of insurance coverage for Health and Dental:
Medical Insurance (GBHS pays portion toward a portion of the premium)
2 tier levels- Gold or Bronze plans with BCBS of AL
Dental Insurance
2 tier levels- Essential or Premier with BCBS of AL
Vision Insurance
Life Insurance, AD&D, Short-Term Disability (GBHS pays this for all FT employees)

Ranges from 160 to 200 hours per year, depending upon years of service
